This unit has been kept under cover from day one. Its very clean, dependable and well kept. It has 4 batteries with a solar panel when boondocking. All original furniture which is in great shape. Everything is in good working condition with the exception of the bluetooth speaker that came stock. No rips in the awning. No body damage or cracks in the windows. No leaks. Hot water heater keeps the water very hot. The engine is a 350 Turbo Ford Transit. It has great power when driving in the city or managing inclines. It has a Murphy bed in the back which allows for ample storage when traveling. TV can be moved to the exterior wall under the awning.
