Well maintained 31' model. Length on hitch is about 33'. Has three electric slides (large sitting/dining area across from kitchen and 2 slides in rear bunk/bedroom). Excellent model for kids with massive bunkroom with built in cabinets and entertainment center. Master bedroom in the front can easily fit a queen mattress. (Mattress was removed). Electric awning and trailer jack, outside shower and storage lockers. Electric or gas water heater, propane heat and electric AC. TV will stay in den entertainment area. Speakers built into ceiling in and also waterproof ones outside under awning area. There is a CD/DVD player built into entertainment center and audio can be played on speakers from TV or a bluetooth device.

All accessories I have will go with it. Mats for ground under awning, wheel/tire covers, spare tire, portable septic holding tank, etc. Also have a canvas cover for the whole camper that is still in the bag and never used.

Located on Edisto Island and would need to be moved from site when purchased. It was permanently set up there to power, well water and a septic tank. Everything works currently. The upholstery in the dining area and the jackknife couch as you can see in some pictures is peeling. This is very common as they use pleather type material for cushions and furniture. The couch is currently covered. The cushions from dining and trim can be removed and recovered.
