Large slide(12 ft in length) needs complete roof replaced due to wood rot, 2nd small slide needs a patch and 3rd slide is in good shape. Main roof is fine only needs selected caulking. Canopy also needs to be replaced. All appliances are working fine.

Book value approximately $20K, will sell as is for $13,500. Multiple like 2018 model 319 MKS units for sale at dealers between $23-25K.
