RV has been sitting for a few years and has rodent damage, but the engine is good, and it runs. The sway bar was replaced in 2022. Has a clean title.

The exterior kitchen needs a new fridge and bottom cabinets. The interior kitchen and bathroom sink cabinets may need to be replaced. There was a big nest in the area between them. A few drawers have some rodent evidence but are not damaged. All the upper cabinets and the bedroom cabinets are undamaged.

There doesn't appear to be any damage to any of the 3 TVs

The front electrical works, but the bed and bathroom are blowing fuses, indicating a short somewhere.

Some of the visible ducting for the furnace needs to be replaced. I've never turned the heat on, so I don't know if it works.

There's rodent damage to the furniture and blinds.

I will include the Blue OX tow kit with towbar, sewage, power & surge protector, and fresh water & pressure regulator, and leveling equipment. Just need to download the app for the levelmate. I also have a portable black tank that can hang on the stairs. I believe it 30 gallons.
