Nearly new. Just drove it off the lot mid March. We bought this for our work situation but we won't be doing this long term.

This 5th wheel is designed to be a full time living unit with 1.5 baths and a washer/dryer included.

Some extras that come with this unit that a new one most likely won't have:

• wheel chocks

• snap pads for leveling jacks

• sewer hose support system and tote for storage

• Ext Ladder (it came with unit. Not sure if all units come with one)

• Container of rv wash soap and roof cleaner

• Two large containers of septic treatment (close to having a years supply)

• Black tank rinse hose

• Surge protector
