Nearly new. Just drove it off the lot mid March. We bought this for our work situation but we won't be doing this long term.

Please note, we still have the love seat (sofa bed). We put the desk in for my work. The desk can stay if the buyer wants it and/or the couch can be put back in.

This 5th wheel is designed to be a full time living unit with 1.5 baths and a washer/dryer included.

Some extras that come with this unit that a new one most likely won't have:
- wheel chocks
- snap pads for leveling jacks
- sewer hose support system and tote for storage
- ladder (it came with unit since not attached to outside. Not sure if all units are provided with one)
- jug of rv cleaner and roof cleaner
- two jugs of septic treatment
- Black tank rinse hose
