We are selling our 2024 Coachmen Cross Trail 22XG built on the highly desirable Ford E-450 chassis with the proven 7.3L V8 gas engine.

This RV was owned by our healthcare organization and used for community outreach throughout Wisconsin. It was not used for camping, rentals, Airbnb, full-time living, or residential use. The mileage comes from traveling to communities across Wisconsin, not from recreational use.

The RV was professionally fleet maintained throughout ownership and stored in a covered storage facility every night when not in service. It was typically operated during daytime business hours and remained parked indoors when not in use. The exterior is in great condition, and the mechanical systems have been regularly maintained as part of a commercial fleet.

What makes this Cross Trail unique is that the mileage is on the chassis, not the interior. Unlike most used RVs, this coach was never camped in, lived in, cooked in, showered in, or slept in. The shower, bathroom sink, kitchen sink, appliances, sleeping areas, and living areas were not used. The onboard toilet was the only part of the living space that saw regular use. During its service life, the beds and appliances were removed and have since been restored. As a result, the interior remains in exceptionally clean condition and is about as close to new as you will find in a used 2024 motorhome.
