Our 2024 Jayco North Point 387FBTS is a luxurious fifth wheel RV that offers all the comforts of home while on the road. With approximately 10,000 miles on the rig, this well-maintained vehicle is ready to take you on your next adventure. It has aways been stored inside unless we are camping in it, so it looks like new.

This spacious fifth wheel features a high-quality construction and attention to detail. The interior is beautifully designed with modern finishes and amenities that will make you feel right at home. The living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with plenty of seating. The theater seat has electric reclining, massage, heat and USB/110 V outlets. A cozy fireplace (makes heat), and a large smart TV (all TV's are smart) on a televator for movie nights. We have played cards inside while its raining outside with 8 at one table! The sound system is better than in our house and is Bluetooth compatble. The rear sofa transforms into a large place to sleep for kids or guests. The ceilings in the lower level are very tall to accommodate my wife doing her yoga in privacy.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a residential refrigerator, and plenty of counter space for meal prep. There is a table that will seat four (two extra chairs not shown). We have a counter top dishwasher that is perfect for 2. We run it 1x/day. A residential front load washer with a heat pump and ventless dryer is there to do laundry when needed. The whole house vacuum also has a place to quickly sweep dirt without getting out the dust pan for convenience. There is plenty of storage for all of your food, dishes, clothes, and linens in this RV

The master bedroom offers a residential king-sized bed, TV, ample storage, and a private bathroom with a spacious shower and closets. There is also a 1/2 bath for guests or when you both need the bathroom at the same time.

Outside, the Jayco North Point features two large awnings for outdoor living space. Rear hitch to carry bikes or tow something small. There are 2 rooftop AC with the rear unit also including a heat pump. Another TV with bluetooth compatable speakers are in the huge front storage compartment on a slide. There is plenty of storage for all your outside gear. We have a custom made zip on shade for the front awning to filter out some sun, but let the breeze through. There is a small fridge for beer, pop, condiments or anything else you might want handy outside. There is a flat top grill that can cook a feast for many. Anyone could really live full time in this rig.

A Curt Q20 sliding fifth wheel hitch is available. It has a Chevy/GMC frame to mount via the trucks "puck system", but a frame can be purchased to allow use with other makes of trucks if needed. I would also be open to selling the truck if you need a tow vehicle. She is a loaded 2024 GMC AT4 3500 with the DuraMax diesel and about 25,000 miles on the clock. Price is for RV only.
