Grand Design has a reputation of having the best customer service. The Solitude is the top of the line of Grand Design RVs. We love our Solitude 390RK. Last spring we traveled to many of the national parks out west. The length is 41.5 feet and our solar and large battery bank allowed us to camp in primitive sites with no hookups, avoiding crowded RV parks. We carry one 50 lb Honda generator just for peace of mind. Our solar setup provides us with enough power to watch TV, use the microwave, Ninja grill, coffee maker, toaster, charge up phones and computers and run the gas heater all night. The next day the sun would bring the batteries back up to 100%. With the MorRyde independent suspension the ride inside the RV is incredibly smooth. The disk brakes are essential to provide excellent stopping power.
