Description
We are the original owners of our 2022 Winnebago Solis Pocket model 36A. We have a clear title in hand. We have loved our camper and have had many wonderful and memorable outings. We really dont want to sell but we are in our mid 70s and experiencing health issues severely limiting our use of the RV.
Our 2022 Winnebago Solis Pocket 36A has been impeccably maintained, gently used, and all maintenance has been done at intervals exceeding manufactures recommendations performed at qualified independent mechanics and dealers. All warranty updates have been completed on the coach. To the best of our knowledge the only outstanding recall on the chassis is the rear camera for which Ram has no replacement parts for. All equipment, including the camera is in great working order. The Pocket is easily maneuvered in cities and can be parked in standard spaces. The rear space has a murphy bed which can be configured as a daytime office, lounge or sleeping area. There is plenty of storage under the murphy bed and the factory cabinets. This has been an excellent road trip and travel vehicle that has taken on us on many adventures. The setup is fully ready for any of your van life and camping adventures.
We want to make potential buyers aware that we had to have the transmission replaced at 2700 miles. In the nearly 20,000 miles since it was replaced, we have had zero problems and have had no mechanical problems. At approximately 22,000 odometer miles we had the transmission serviced including a new filter.
· Chassis & Power: Ram ProMaster 1500; 3.6L V6 Engine (280 HP).
· Dimensions: ~17 feet 10 inches long; 75-inch interior height.
· Mileage: 26,665
· Sleeping Capacity: Up to 3 people, featuring a rear Murphy platform bed.
· Living/Dining: Multifunctional dinette that converts to a sofa, daybed, or loveseat.
· Kitchen (Galley): 3 cu. ft. 12-volt refrigerator, stainless steel sink, and a two-burner cooktop with stainless steel cover.
· Cooktop and heating system use a standard 20 LP tank like those used in most BBQs.
· Heating: Truma VarioHeat furnace.
· Cooling/Ventilation: Two Maxxair Fans. We removed the A/C unit as we never used it and had to be plugged into shore power to operate. Since we rarely used shore power, we replaced the A/C with another Maxxair fan which has reversable air flow. The two fans and windows provide plenty of fresh air flow in the coach.
· 260 Watts Solar Panels mounted on roof; 170 watts is standard and we added 90 watts more.
· Tanks & Water: 20-gallon freshwater; 20-gallon gray water; No black tank; Porta-potty included.
· Exterior & Storage: 20 lb. portable propane tank; L-track cargo system for bikes/gear; Outdoor shower
· Weboost: (cell phone signal booster): We added this and it works great as long as there is a cell signal.
· VanMade: We added top of the line VanMade Shades and vent covers. They make a huge difference in cabin heat retention in the winter, and keep it much cooler in warmer weather.
· Added Beddys zipper bedding. ( https://beddys.com )
· Added a Custom Sliding Door handle
· Replaced: New denser foam in bed and seat cushions
· Added a spare tire mounted under vehicle
· Added a Mopeka propane gauge which provides much better accuracy of the volume of propane in the LP tank
· Added Anything Keeper baskets (4)
· Added seat covers
· Added refrigerator lock which will keep the fridge door open when not in use, minimizing the chance of mold and stale fridge smells.
· Added puck lights (2 under bed; 1 in garage; 1 in dinette cubby)
