Transcend XPOLRE 255FKPurchased new in August, 2023 (2022 model). This is in beautiful, excellent condition. It was only ever hauled from the lot in Nipomo to our ranch near Refugio Beach. It was only slept in intermittently for guests. We even kept an outhouse outside to keep the trailer plumbing system cleaner. Everything works as new (air conditioner, fridge, TV, water heater, stove, electrically controlled awning, solar panel-which allows you to remote camp and still have lights and refrigerator.) It even has a reverse osmosis system so you can have excellent drinking water! No leaks and we sealed the roof. My wife loves that this model has two doors which is much safer. Pocket door separates the bedroom. No pop outs to worry about. Clean title in hand.
