Bought new. Generator, fueling station, auto level. 1/2 bath in the garage. Has normal wear and tear as we did use it alot the first couple years. Rubber roof was replaced with industrial thickness, i was told it would never need another roof. Fake leather is pealing on the couch, some of the decals pealed a little. Generator recently serviced, front ac new last year. Appliances work as they should.
