Excellent Condition. Options include dishwasher drawer, outdoor Dometic cooler/freezer, outdoor TV, Sleep Number king size mattress. Very well maintained, two front sofas, one has queen size inflatable mattress (driver's side) and one is a jackknife sofa bed (passenger side). Bath and a half, separate washer and dryer, custom paint, matte finish on carmel glazed cherry cabinets. Some flaking on upholstery of two front captain's chairs (consistent with age and normal use). All other upholstery is in excellent condition. We are second owners, no smokers, no pets. RV has been stored in climate control building when not in use. Roof professionally cleaned and all roof sealants removed and resealed 5/2026. Engine oil and Chassis lube service just completed 6/2026. Note photos include original build invoice.
