My father purchased this trailer 3 years ago. He then parked it on his property in Lake Isabella and never used it after. At the time he parked it everything worked except: 1) the refrigerator did not work and 2) the AC could only run if all other electrical loads were off. I believe both of these issue are still present. There is a stand alone fridge that comes with the trailer that can be used until you repair the original fridge. The slide-out worked fine the last time he used it.

Unfortunately, he now has dementia and is in assisted living. I am selling this to help pay for his monthly care costs. He lost the keys and I was able to get keys made for the door, but I do not have keys for the accessory compartments. If you take the trailer to a locksmith they can make keys for those locks for about $150

He paid $10,000 for this in 2023. I need to sell quickly, and I am flexible on price. I live in out of state, but I inspected the trailer on May 29th. Everything looked fine and the tires were still holding air.

I will show the trailer to any interested parties on June 13th. I will be bringing a new battery with me. Registration is expired, but I have title in hand.
