Description
2004 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 37C Extensive Remodel & Massive Solar Upgrade
This RV has been a labor of love for my husband and me since 2020. We purchased it with the vision of creating the perfect home-away-from-home and spent the next several years remodeling and upgrading it from the ground up. While we've invested an incredible amount of time, energy, and money into the project, life has taken us in other directions and we've decided it's time for someone else to bring it across the finish line.
This is not a turnkey RVbut it is an RV with incredible potential, substantial upgrades already completed, and a solid foundation for the right buyer.
Major Upgrades & Improvements
Custom Solar & Electrical System (Approx. $15,000 Investment)
This is easily the crown jewel of the RV.
The entire electrical system was professionally redesigned and installed by an experienced RV solar specialist. The system includes:
3 x 200-watt solar panels (please verify)
3 x 100Ah lithium batteries (please verify)
[INSERT INVERTER DETAILS]
Bluetooth monitoring and control through a mobile app
Emergency charging switch that allows solar power to charge the engine battery when needed
Clean, organized installation with easy access from the exterior storage compartment
The system is incredibly user-friendly and allows you to monitor power production, battery levels, and system performance directly from your phone. We are happy to provide documentation and installer information to the new owner.
New Flooring Throughout
All original carpeting was removed and replaced with attractive light-gray vinyl plank flooring. The flooring includes built-in insulation and padding, and extra planks are included for future repairs or modifications.
Modern Roller Shades
Most major windows have been upgraded with dual-layer roller shades that offer both privacy and light-filtering modes. They can also be fully retracted for unobstructed views. One of our favorite features is that they lock securely in place when rolled up, preventing damage while travelinga surprisingly valuable feature for RV owners.
Additional shades that have not yet been installed are included with the RV.
Water System Upgrades
Large residential-style 3-stage water filtration system
New water pump
Updated bathroom plumbing
The bathroom has received significant updates, including a newer shower, showerhead, sink, toilet, and one of our favorite features:
Washer/Dryer Combo Unit
Yes, this RV includes a washer/dryer comboa rare and incredibly convenient feature for extended travel or full-time RV living.
Front Entertainment Setup
The front cabin has been transformed into a surprisingly comfortable entertainment space.
Features include:
Two mounted 1080p monitors
Fold-up, locking mounts for safe travel
HDMI connectivity for laptops, gaming systems, DVD players, and streaming devices
Comfortable Flexsteel power captain's chairs
Whether you're watching movies, gaming, or simply relaxing on a rainy day, this setup makes the front cabin an enjoyable living space instead of wasted square footage.
Included Extras
13-foot leaning ladder
Extra flooring material
Additional roller shades
Replacement awning motor
Cabinet hardware
Documentation and information on upgrades whenever possible
Strong Foundation & Major Systems Already Completed
One of the biggest advantages of this RV is its low-mileage Workhorse chassis with only 48,553 miles. Many RVs of this age have significantly higher mileage, making this coach a rare opportunity for someone looking for a project with strong fundamentals. The Workhorse chassis has a loyal following in the RV community, and when paired with the functioning generator, three working slide-outs, solid roof, and extensive electrical upgrades, it creates an excellent foundation for someone to finish and personalize the coach to their own vision.
Current Projects & Known Issues
We want to be completely transparent about the RV's current condition.
The RV currently needs a fuel pump and is not running at this time. Prior to the fuel pump issue, the RV was running and driving.
Tires will need replacement soon.
Awnings need replacement. The large powered awning motor failed, but a replacement motor is included.
Both windshields are cracked.
Important note regarding the windshields:
Replacement windshields have already been purchased and installation has already been paid for. The RV simply needs to be moved to a sufficiently flat location for installation. Whether that means towing it or repairing the fuel pump first is up to the new owner.
Additional unfinished projects include:
Cabinet doors have been professionally painted white but have not been reinstalled.
Bed platform was removed with plans to build a larger king-size bed platform. Materials for the project are included.
Minor cosmetic exterior imperfections, including scratches from previously repaired damage and a hole in the front bumper.
The Honest Bottom Line
This RV is ideal for someone looking for a project with major expensive upgrades already completed. The solar system alone is a feature that many RV owners dream about, and countless hours of remodeling work have already been done.
We know this RV isn't for everyone. It needs some finishing touches, mechanical work, and a little vision. But for the right buyer, this Pace Arrow has the potential to become something truly special.
We're happy to answer questions, share documentation, provide additional photos, and be completely transparent about every aspect of the RV. Reasonable offers will be considered.
