Meet Lucy. We purchased her new for $122k at Camping World in July 2022. Planning to keep and enjoy her for many years, we invested thousands of dollars to make this the easiest-driving, reliable Thor Four Winds 31W motorhome on the road. Reluctantly, we must now sell Lucy due to an unexpected health issue.

Maintenance History and condition highlights:
Exterior and interior clean and like new. Never smoked in, no pet or human stains, odors or water intrusion.

Coach lead-acid 120AH batteries removed, cleaned, fluids refreshed and load tested good in Nov 2025. Battery compartment tray was stripped, primed with Rust-Oleum followed by a coat of Flex Seal waterproof rubber sealant.
Front end alignment performed by Planet Ford truck service in Spring TX to eliminate annoying lane pull/drift typical from factory.
Lippert Solera awning replaced in 2025, Lippert Recall Number: 22E-055.
Ford Safety Recall 22S08 for power steering hose replacement performed in 2023 also by Planet Ford truck service.
Cab soundproofing added including proper re-gasketing and sealing of the E450 cab and RV cabin subfloor junction to reduce road noise and air infiltration.
Kept in fully enclosed dry storage since day one.
TPM roof cleaned and sealed in Nov 2025. All seams, skylights, screw heads, etc. resealed with Dicor Sealant followed by full-rooftop application of Dicor UV protective sealant.
Original Hankook Dynapro HT tires, in excellent condition with at least 50% tread remaining.

Electrical, plumbing and mechanical 100% operational including Lippert slide-out, Lippert auto-leveling system, climate controls and appliances all work perfectly.

Only interior blemish is one minor scratch in the kitchen linoleum floor, there since new and not annoying.

Only exterior damage is one windshield bullseye rock ding on the passenger side. As it has not grown and does not annoy us, we could not justify windshield replacement.

Before RV delivery to buyer, a finance lien must be settled with sale proceeds. Once lien is paid and clear title is received (estimated 3 weeks), we will release the RV with clear title to you. During waiting period, we will (a) provide a legally binding bill of sale reserving the RV exclusively for you, (b) remove RV from the market, (c) keep RV in secure dry storage and (c) maintain full coverage insurance as well.
