Our third RV, her name is Lucy. In July 2022 we purchased her new for $122k at Camping World. Planning to keep and enjoy her for many years, we invested thousands of dollars to make this the easiest-driving, reliable Thor Four Winds 31W motorhome on the road. Reluctantly, we must now sell Lucy due to an unexpected health issue.

Maintenance History and condition highlights:
Exterior and interior clean and like new. Never smoked in, no pet or human stains, odors or water intrusion.

Coach lead-acid 120AH batteries removed, cleaned, electrolyte fluids refreshed and load tested good in Nov 2025. Under-steps battery compartment tray was also stripped and cleaned of all rust/corrosion, primed with Rust-Oleum followed by a final coat of Flex Seal waterproof rubber sealant coating.
Front end alignment performed in 2023 by Planet Ford commercial truck service center in Spring TX to eliminate annoying lane pull/drift typical from factory.
Lippert Solera awning replaced in 2025 under Lippert Recall Number: 22E-055.
Ford Safety Recall 22S08 for Hydroboost / Hydromax Power Steering Pressure Line Inspection & Replacement performed in 2023 by Planet Ford commercial truck service center in Spring TX.
Additional cab soundproofing added including proper re-gasketing and sealing of the E450 cab and RV cabin subfloor junction to reduce road noise and air infiltration. As a result, this is a very quiet driving motorhome.
Always kept in fully enclosed dry storage since day one.
TPM roof cleaned and sealed in Nov 2025. All seams, skylights, screw heads, etc. resealed with Dicor Sealant followed by full-rooftop application of Dicor UV protective sealant.
Original Hankook Dynapro HT tires, in excellent condition with at least 50% tread remaining.
Electrical, plumbing and mechanical 100% operational including Lippert slide-out, Lippert auto-leveling system, climate controls and appliances all work perfectly.

Only exterior damage is one windshield bullseye rock ding on the passenger side. As it has not grown since occurring in 2024 and does not annoy us, we could not justify replacing the windshield.
Only interior blemish is one minor scratch in the kitchen linoleum floor, there since new and not annoying.
