Recent upgrades, new roof, residential grade flooring not the vinyl it came with, furniture recovered done at professional upholstery shop. House battery 2 years old, chassis battery 1 year old.

Generator has 145 hours on it. Michelin 10 ply tires all around very low miles on them, tires are always covered when not in use so no dry rot. Selling because we rarely use it and possibly downsizing to a smaller rv in the future, I have all documentation for everything done to it since we bought it. Purchased it in December 2018 from Lemasa in Sanford Florida with approximately 5600 miles on it.
