Our 17' Spirit Deluxe is in excellent condition and we have loved it--our second Casita in the the last 15 years! We have purchased a larger Airstream model so will have to part with our Casita. The exterior is in great condition with no scratches or dents and we have added a Stromburg bike bunk bike rack to the front (over the propane tanks). We also upgraded the rear stabilizer jacks (which is now a feature on all 2019 and newer models). The Fiamma awning is also in great condition.

The interior has no stains, tears, or visible wear at all. The upholstery was never used while we owned it as we chose to go with a two twin bed configuration this time and used foam mattresses and overlays. With our last Casita we went with a full back bed and used the side dinette--you have several choices for sleeping arrangements. We now have it set up in its original state with two dinettes

All systems work well on gas/propane and electric and we have her plugged in at home home so all systems can be tested. The electric AC also has a heat strip, and there is a gas furnace. The fridge works well on gas and electric. The tv has a DVD player and there is an in-cabinet microwave. The microwave is not mounted so if more storage space is preferred it can just be taken out--we did this on our last casita when we lived in Montana and did much more boondocking.

The bathroom has a wet shower, which we rarely used. The toilet was never used for solid waste, only liquid. The only modification we made on the inside was to add wire shelving inside the closet--we felt like this greatly improved the storage space there, but it could be easily removed if you wanted more hanging space.

Our Casita has been cared for and loved--it's a dream to tow and behind our Toyota 4runner you hardly know it's there. Please contact us with any questions.
