We bought this RV new in 2024. We lived in it while building our home and its now ready for its next owner. Everything has been deep cleaned and taken care of. No pets have been in this camper and no smoking.

This is a bunkhouse floor plan providing plenty of space.

MASTER BEDROOM
We replaced the standard mattress with a memory foam king mattress. Includes Beddys bedding specifically sized for this RV king mattress, and 4 king size pillows. The master closet has a ventless LG washer/dryer combo.

BATHROOM
Bathroom has two entrances- hallway and from the master. Large walk in shower has a skylight, and a water filtering shower head.

KITCHEN
The kitchen table is a booth style table with storage underneath each bench.
Kitchen includes an extra large refrigerator and freezer. Large island with deep sink makes camping dishes very easy as well. There is a lot of storage for food with a pantry closet and shelving.
Gas stove and oven with microwave above.

LIVING
Living area includes a comfortable reclining couch, an electric fireplace and a large TV with an Amazon Fire Stick to use as a smart tv.

2ND BEDROOM
The back room includes flex space which could be used for an office, play room or an extra bedroom, and has a second half bathroom.
Above this extra space is a loft with a bed with space for two adults to sleep.

OUTSIDE
There is a Greystone propane griddle that has never been used as well as a mini fridge for drinks.
Two large electric awnings provide great shade and are all in tact, no signs of wear.
Large garage storage space underneath for camp chairs, toys etc.

EXTRAS
B&W removable fifth wheel hitch needed to tow the RV
RV specific water softening system (not currently installed, but included)
Watchdog 50amp power protector
Two 25ft 50amp power cords

Again, everything has been deep cleaned and taken care of. No pets have been in this camper and no smoking.
