On those warmer days you have the option of using the 14,500 btu air conditioner or open the four windows and creating a nice breeze using the upgraded Maxxfan Deluxe with temperature control. Above the fireplace is a 32' smart TV that is 12 and 110 volts and connected to a Winegard boosted open air antenna or use the included Starlink Satellite internet for streaming your favorite shows and movies. If sitting inside watching tv cramps your style, the tv is removable and can be hung outside on the factory installed brackets for those nice tailgating days. The jackknife soft touch sofa offers four cup holders, two on each armrest and two more on the center fold down cushion. It also offers two removable tables that slide into the armrest cupholders providing convenient desks or dining options.
