THIS LISTING IS PENDING SALE BUT CANNOT BE MARKED AS SOLD UNTIL FINAL

This listing is private seller.
It's still brand new!! We have priced this aggressively to sell quickly. This RV was sold new to my father with only 800 miles on it from transport. It's only been used a couple of times as life happened and they were unable to use it. My parents agreed to let us pick it up and help them sell it. We took it to a local RV dealer and had it serviced to make sure everything works. It is in near-mint condition and has been sitting (secured) for the past year or so. Literally like brand new from the dealer with stickers still on everything inside. Plastic is still on the light switches from the factory.
It has solar, SkyBunk(never used), and all interior privacy curtains, ladders, hoses, shore power cable with adapters for 50amp and home 110 battery maintenance. This has the premium ReLi3 Lithium System with houes batteries showing 97% SOH. Cab battery was just recently replaced. It also has a Thule dual bike rack. Will deliver to serious buyer...we are motivated to sell
The vehicle report shows a couple of recalls. We have not experienced the backup camera or radiator fan issue, but the dealership is addressing and inspecting these to see if they need to be replaced.
