This 2017 Winnebago Sunstar 31BE is a family-friendly 32-foot Class A with a full-length slide-out and a dedicated bunkhouse and it carries just 15,832 miles, exceptionally low for a 2017 coach. That is under 2,000 miles a year against a 5,0007,000 mile annual average for these motorhomes, so it has seen roughly a third of the road wear typical for its age. The layout sleeps the whole family: a rear queen, a private bunkhouse, the powered over-cab StudioLoft, plus convertible dinette and sofa beds comfortable for 7, with room for up to 9 when every berth is in use. We traveled from Colorado to California multiple times, lots of great places here in Colorado, trips to Utah (arches) and New Mexico (Chaco Canyon, Mesa Verde), the Black Hills, multiple trips to visit family in nearby states, and most recently to Glacier National Park. We took our Honda CRV on a car dolly on most of these trips.

The motor home has been easy to maintenance. I have the socket wrench you need to drain the water heater and the air pressure regulator attachment to dry out the water system for winter. The tires, batteries, appliances and furniture are in good repair. The front seats are beginning to wear a little. I had to replace the storage bin door (the one rear of the entrance door). The oil is freshly changed.

The coach has a huge amount of storage space. I added a stove-top cover to extend the countertop space. The pantry cabinets beside the fridge are pretty narrow for cook wear so I used the top bunk for more pantry space, since we never needed it for sleeping. We used the storage bin under the bottom bunch for lots of other pantry stuff.
