We are the original owners of this 2016 Jayco Eagle 314BHDS and have thoroughly enjoyed camping with our family over the years. This trailer has been exceptionally well maintained and thoughtfully upgraded to improve comfort, functionality, and livability.

We are only selling because our children have grown and our camping needs have changed. As a result, we have purchased a new camper that better fits this next stage of our family's adventures. If not for that, we would happily continue using this trailer for years to come.

Our hope is that this camper finds a family who will enjoy it and create as many memories as we have.

Condition- This trailer has been meticulously cared for since day one.

• Replaced the factory U-shaped dinette with a bar-height table and two bar stools

• 43" 4K Smart TV

• Upgraded from the factory 32" television

• Built-in Smart TV functionality for streaming services

• Added a television in the bunk room, giving kids or guests their own entertainment space.

• Added a television in the outdoor kitchen area, making it easy to enjoy sporting events, movies, or shows while relaxing outside under the awning.

• These additions significantly improved the camping experience for our family and helped create separate spaces for adults and children especially during rainy days!

Sound-Deadening Wall

• Added soundproofing behind the TV wall

• Greatly reduces noise transfer into the master bedroom

• Perfect when kids are still watching TV while adults are trying to sleep

Master Bedroom - Casper Mattress Upgrade

• Upgraded to a Casper mattress approximately two years ago

• Significantly more comfortable than the factory mattress

• Included with the camper

Kitchen - Modern High-Arc Faucet

• Replaced the factory faucet with a modern design

• Provides much more room in the sink for washing dishes and food preparation

Dimmer Switches

• Installed in the main living area and master bedroom for adjustable lighting

Roof Vent Covers

• Two vent covers installed

• Allows vents to remain open during rainy weather for improved ventilation

A/C Heat Reduction Modification

• Factory A/C housing was brown we painted white to reduce heat absorption. Using an IR heat sensor, there was a 20-degree reduction in surface temperature on the housing during the summer months.

• A/C has been cleaned annually for the past three years

Known Issues

In the interest of full transparency, there are a few items that should be disclosed.

Furnace

• The propane furnace is currently not operational.

• We rarely used it because we preferred electric heat and found the furnace gave us headaches. We will include our electric space heater with the sale, which has easily met our needs during cooler weather.

Awning

• The awning experienced high winds during one camping trip and one arm is slightly crooked.

• The awning remains functional and retracts approximately 95% of the way without issue. We have continued using it without concern.

Power Tongue Jack

• The power tongue jack is currently not functioning.

• Because the camper has been stationed at a seasonal resort, we have had little need for it. If you are serious about purchasing the camper, we are willing to install a brand-new power tongue jack prior to pickup.

Pet Information

• We do have a Goldendoodle. Goldendoodles are known for being low-shedding and are often considered hypoallergenic. Unlike many breeds, they do not shed fur throughout the camper. We have always kept the camper clean and well maintained.

We have made countless family memories in this camper over the years. The only reason we are selling is because our children have grown and our camping style has evolved. We recently purchased a new camper that better suits our current needs.

This trailer has served our family exceptionally well, and we would love to see it go to another family who will enjoy it as much as we have.
