Description

LAST CALL PRICE DROPPED TO $13,500 FIRM
New photos have been added by request, including photos of the roof, interior, and other details to help answer common questions from interested buyers. Time is almost out! This camper must be picked up by June 21st. If it does not sell by then, we will be trading it in. Once it goes to the dealer, it will likely be listed for more $$$.
We are the original owners and have owned this camper since new. The title is in hand with no loan or lien so this will be a straightforward sale. This has been a fantastic family camper for us and has been meticulously maintained over the years. The only reason we are selling is because our kids have grown up and we purchased a larger camper that better fits our current needs.
The camper has been washed and waxed annually, and the roof and exterior sealants have been inspected and re-caulked several times as part of routine maintenance, most recently in 2025. I also posted a picture of the roof so you can see that it is clean. There are no soft spots in the floor or roof and no known water damage.
The camper is located at Seneca Lake Resort and can be shown by appointment. It can also be transported to your location for an additional fee.
Condition- This trailer has been meticulously cared for since day one.

  • These additions significantly improved the camping experience for our family and helped create separate spaces for adults and children especially during rainy days!

    Sound-Deadening Wall

  • Added soundproofing behind the TV wall

  • Greatly reduces noise transfer into the master bedroom

    Known Issues
In the interest of full transparency, there are a few items that should be disclosed.
    Furnace

  • The propane furnace is currently not operational.

  • We rarely used it because we preferred electric heat and found the furnace gave us headaches. ELECTRIC HEATER INCLUDED - It is a variable-power electric heater, which is important in an RV because you can adjust the power level to reduce the risk of overheating the RV electrical outlets. We have used for years without issues

    Awning

  • The awning experienced high winds during one camping trip and one arm is slightly crooked. It can likely be straightened, but it needs to be fully extended to do so. Our pergola currently blocks the awning, so we are unable to straighten it while it is parked here.

  • The awning remains functional and retracts approximately 95% of the way without issue. We have continued using it without concern.

    Power Tongue Jack

  • UPDATE - This has been fixed after it has been identified that there was a bad fuse.

    Pet Information

  • We do have a Goldendoodle. Goldendoodles are known for being low-shedding and are often considered hypoallergenic. Unlike many breeds, they do not shed fur throughout the camper. We have always kept the camper clean and well maintained.

We have made countless family memories in this camper over the years. The only reason we are selling is because our children have grown and our camping style has evolved. We recently purchased a new camper that better suits our current needs.
