Very motivated seller. The 2008 Jayco Designer 31RLTS. Im 2nd owner. I've had it 10 yrs. Just me so gently used & in very good shape. It is 18 yrs but I just replaced both AC units, heater, I put in insta hot water heater, new main awning, and I just put in new 7.5 cu fridge last week. Has w/d, solar and large generator. With everything new its like getting a new trailer.

I also just had the roof resurfaced last year. Definitely a luxurious fifth wheel trailer great for travel or park living. Soo much room! And so much storage I can't believe how much I had to pack up. Its has a very spacious layout and high-end features. The L shaped sofa has queen auto air mattress that family says is super comfortable. Also has pull out island for great counter space.

Lots of windows for great views providing lots of light but also has privacy blinds.

I'm moving out if state so eager to make a great deal quickly. I will consider any Reasonable offer.
