Strong Tritan 10 Engine. Two Slides. Mechanical excellent. Interior/Exterior Good. Pleasing floor plan, Queen sz bed, lots of storage, fridge, microwave, gas 3 burner stove, oven; all work perfectly. Two big window shades totally replaced 1 1/2 yrs ago. New water heater two years ago. Good exhaust fan over kitchen and over shower in bathroom. No leaks from roof or windows.

Needs replacement awning & storage locks. Tires; two front are new last year. Runs with no effort even on mountain pass climbs. Ready for traveling.
