Chevy gas engine on a work horse chassis with plenty of power.  New fuel pump last year.  Breaks are new about 15,000 miles ago.  We easily towed a vehicle on a dolly with this.  Sleeps 4.  (Queen bed, fold out sofa and table converts to bed.)  Everything is really clean and fresh.  New rear tires at the end of last season.  Water heater runs on gas and ano rod changed annually.  Water heater also heats off of the engine while driving.  New roof top 15,000 btu AC installed last year.  Fridge works great on gas or electric.  Regular flat TV in the front.  32" smart TV in the bedroom.  Lots of storage.  Exterior shower.  Hydraulic levelers have all been rebuilt in the last 2 years (No leaks).  New engine battery last year.  29' cell booster antenna to bring in a good signal when service is week.  (I have worked remotely many days from my camper because of this.)  Very easy to set up.  Camper runs fine on 30 amp service but the 50 amp adapter are provided in the event that is all that is available.  Exterior steps are pulled out manually. 2" receiver hitch with a 2" drop hitch included.  4500 watt Onan Generator starts and runs but needs work.  I have been told that is because I just never ran it.   Small crack in the driver side wind shield up high.  There is a lot of life and fun to be had with this unit.  Only selling because we are picking up a new hobby.
