My description: We recently bought this Casita (a Texas company in Rice, TX) through RV Trader and it happened to be Ron Hoover RV out of Houston who was selling it. They did not know what they had and we got a bargain given what it has in it. The original owner bought it and didn't really use it much at all. They traded it in for a boat. But, boy, they got about every upgrade possible. The MSRP for a 2026 is $37,196. The current discounted price from Casita is $29,996. However, that is before any options.

Now, why would we be selling. I am dealing with a medical issue and need to sell our trailer as much as it pains me to say. We have taken her to Comfort, TX, Big Bend NP, and Port Aransas, TX. She travels really well. Everything works just like new. I pull her with a Ford F150 XLT, V8 with no problem. Casitas are small and really built for 2 people. Ours has twin beds. The shower and toilet are in one space. It also has an aftermarket closet called a Katy's Casita Closet with lighting, which is another $844. Update: I just found the work order from Casita for the original purchase and found the following items that are options that I did not know about:

LP Tanks, Quick release power cord, High lift axle package, Lakeside Gray Wall Material, #1703 INDY SET 30" x 80" mattresses, and the Rear Receiver Hitch. This is at least an additional $1100 in added options. The total cost of this trailer brand new would be $41,276 assuming the current discounted price. MSRP would be an additional $7200.
