Description

Be a "Happy Camper" in this comfortable, modern and easy to drive 33 foot gasoline motorhome from Jayco with a Farmhouse vibe. Features include full-size residential refrigerator , theater seating recliners, 50" Flat screen TV on "televator" with DISH satellite, RV king bed, queen size drop-down bed over cab, loads of storage, spacious bathroom and the list goes on! 3 TVs (one outside), propane cooking (3 burner stovetop, RV oven), microwave, deep kitchen sink. Rig has solar and generator power for dry camping, 50 AMP plug in for campground, rooftop heat/AC units (heat can be both gas and electric), on-demand hot water heater, ample storage both inside and underneath.

Very well designed and appointed rig for its size! Perfect size for first-timers!

SLEEPING:

- RV King size bed (typically a little shorter than a normal king but about the same width) - located in separate bedroom

- Drop-Down Bunk - located in common area over the cab (driving area) - queen size and will hold 2 adults comfortably - not to exceed 600 lbs

- Convertible Dinette - ideal for small children as this is approximately 5 feet long - not really suitable for an adult unless they are very small.

- Recliners x 2 - in a pinch, someone could sleep in the recliners as they do go all the way back, however, these are not considered designated sleeping areas.

The unit has been taken care of, received all of its routine maintenance at certified dealerships, has some upgrades such as solar with inverter for dry camping, sumo shocks for a more comfortable ride, rear stabilizer to lessen the amount of sway on the road. This is a gasoline unit, not a diesel pusher. It can tow our Jeep Wrangler no problem. This has the V8 Godzilla engine, not the older V 10 that was problematic in the past.

Please note that the vehicle history report will show a recall that has not been completed. However, the work has been done. It just was not recorded properly by the dealership that completed the work. Ill documentation is available.

We have really enjoyed this rig, however, are not currently able to use it due to life circumstances. There are some minor cosmetic bumps and bruises on the interior from routine use. The unit has been washed, waxed, and kept primarily under cover after each use.

Come, take a look! I dont think you will be disappointed!
