I am the second owner of this 25' travel trailer with a single slide. The original owner removed all the exterior graphics so it has a nice clean look with no colors to fade in the sun. It has been very well cared for and is in great condition. The awning and roller are brand new with white underneath and the top or the awning fades from while to grey (no black color to absorb the heat) as well as an LED light strip. I upgraded the outside speakers to Kickers to the sound is better. Has an inside faux working fireplace and 200W solar system.

The radio was upgrade from the Furrion to a Boss. It also has a Level Mate Pro in it to connect to your phone for easy leveling. The countertop area in this trailer is amazing and one of the main reason my wife and i purchased it as well as it having a slide which makes it extremely roomy for how short it is in length. The toilet is ceramic not plastic! The sewage hose can be stored int he rear bumper. We do have a spare tire with foldable bumper rack, but removed it for parking as we rarely used it.

outside rug, 2 jacks for more slide support, 4 gray wheel covers, dual wheel chocks, awning shade screen (not used) collapsible warning cones, jack pads, collapsible trash container, complete sewage system with plastic ramp, electrical bag with primary cable and extension cable as well as extension cord with extra outlets, water bag with fresh water hose, filter and outside shower connector, and a water-proof cover for the trailer in a large bag, 5 piece knife set with magnetic mount in kitchen, stainless dinner utensil set as well as a Trailer Valet XL (look that up - very handy for manuvering the trailer around in tight areas)

The trailer is kept in a storage area so will be shown there and not at my home. Appointment is needed. Lastly we are selling the trailer as we upgraded to a 2009 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 35', but the trailer has been amazing due to all the room it has inside because of the slide and the outdoor kitchen fridge/grill (keeps cooking messes outside :)
