Description

Good day, all! Thanks for checking out my camper! Up for sale is a 2021 Forest River Rockwood Freedom 2514F. I bought it new in August of 2021 and have had many great trips with it. It has never been smoked in. It has a king bunk in the front and queen in the back, plus a slide-out dinette that can be used as another sleeping area. It has a 3-way fridge that is in perfect working order. The stove also works as it should, as does the sink. It has a hot water heater, but I have never used it. I drained it and bypassed it after the first season and never filled it back up. I have used the furnace only once and that was when I first got it. I installed a chill chaser in the A/C unit and I never needed the furnace, even in mid-October. The heated bunks also work as they should. There is ample storage space in this camper, too. It also comes with the hanging pantry shown in the pictures. It comes with a propane griddle, as well, that mounts nicely on the outside. Speaking of propane, After using this for over four seasons, I finally had to replace one of the two tanks on the front last fall. So, one is full and the other is half-full (see pics). Also outside it has a roll-out awning that runs most of the length of the roof.

Please note that there are many models and floor plans similar to this one, but this is the only one that I've seen in recent years that has a bay window, which really adds to the interior space. Also, because this floor plan isn't available with an interior shower cassette, it came with a porta-potty, which is also ready for use, chemicals and all. It's great to have in the middle of the night.
Also included will be most of the gadgets and items that I bought to use with this camper as I will not need them, such as the bunk fan/light combos and extra clips. Also included are items like a pair of drain hoses and bucket for the sink, a wheel lift/chock to level it side-to-side, and a few other miscellaneous items.

The camper has been meticulously maintained and properly winterized every year. I have a cover for it, as well, which goes with it. I have had a few repairs done to it by dealers and a couple I did myself. Most recently, I had the brake drums pulled and checked and the wheel bearings repacked. I also had the whole unit gone over and sealer applied, if needed. I put in a new battery last fall and it spent the winter on a tender in my garage. I also removed the existing manual tongue jack and installed a power tongue jack. The first one failed after less than two years and even though the manufacturer sent me a new one (which also comes with it) at no charge, I wanted a power one, and that was well over $300.

This camper is 100% ready for use. It has a full tank of water and a new filter and is ready to go.

A few notes:
This camper is around 2,700# and has almost 300# of tongue weight, so towing it will require a vehicle with a trailer brake controller. It has a 7-pin connector for the lights and brakes. All lights and the brakes work properly.

While the tires are in great shape, they are original. There is also a new, never driven on, spare on the back.

Ask yourself this. Would you rather buy a used camper from the only owner its had, who knows the camper and its history, or from a dealer who knows little about the history of what they are selling?

Many pop-ups don't have A/C, much less a chill chaser add-on. Mine has both. From what I'm told, the heated mattresses are no longer available or even sold in new units. Mine has them and they work well.

Thanks for checking it out! Please feel free to contact me with any questions!

I'm asking $10,500 for it, which is average retail and doesn't include the options I've added and extras I'm including. I will entertain reasonable offers, though. If you make a reasonable offer, I just may take it. I'd rather see it go to someone who will enjoy it rather than it just sitting here.

If, for some reason, you would like it delivered, I will deliver it for $1.50/mile one way, up to 200 miles from Cleveland, OH, after payment in full has been received and cleared.

In my opinion, I don't think you'll find a better-maintained pop-up camper that is this nice, with all the goodies it has, in Northeast Ohio.

Have a great day and happy camping!
