• Full Disclosure Items: To save the next owner time and hassle, the price already accounts for three minor, easy-to-fix items:

• Solar Link & Mounting: High-end 340W solar panel is included loose with the sale. The roof wiring is entirely intact, but the panel needs to be physically remounted to the commercial roof deck and have new MC4 extension connectors crimped on to re-link to the Victron controller. (Note: The Maxxair fans run perfectly on the lithium system with solar unlinked; adding a cheap 12V regulator inline when reconnecting solar will keep them running glitch-free under high charging voltage).

• Awning Arm: Premium Fiamma awning casing and crank function perfectly, but the inner sliding arm extension pole detached on a highway drive. Needs a standard Fiamma replacement arm component to slide back in.

• Dash A/C: Blows ice-cold, but the temperature dial currently sits at one fixed comfortable climate setting (likely a quick blend door actuator replacement).
