Description
The 2016 2250RB Keystone Passport Ultra Lite Grand Touring is a spacious and luxurious travel trailer that is perfect for families or couples looking to enjoy the great outdoors in comfort. With only 4800 miles on the odometer, this vehicle is practically brand new and ready for all of your future adventures.
The 2016 2250RB on the inside is 22.5' L x 95" W in the bedroom and 10'4" in the kitchen and dining room when the slide out is out. The total length with trailer hitch and bumper is 26' L x 98" W. The trailer weight empty is 4800 lbs empty and 6500 lbs Gross Trailer Wt.
We are the only owners and own the title. The tags are good thru 09/30/2026. This trailer is fully equipped inside and out and is road ready for travel.
Outside: 5 new tires (including spare w/cover), complete underside has had coroplast refastened, foam insulation into all holes/penetrations and Gorilla Tape run along all edges where coroplast meets the trailer frame. Rubber Roof was replaced in 04/2025, all leveling jacks have been spray lubricated every trip to ensure easy up and down of the jacks. The Hitch Jack is battery operated leveling. The trailer comes with a weight distribution hitch that ensures weight is distributed evenly between the trailer and the tow vehicle (no low riding in the rear of your tow vehicle). The hitch also comes with a anti-sway bar. I've personally been in 50 MPH winds pulling this trailer and there's no sway and I felt very comfortable driving in those conditions. The sway bar can be adjusted as needed to fit the situation. The weight distribution hitch and sway bar both attach to a special hitch, which comes with the trailer. They are easy to assemble after you've hitched the trailer (takes about 10 minutes). I would not pull a trailer anywhere without them. This is a dual axle trailer, so there are chocks for all 4 tires plus a device a bought that wedges in between the tires on each side that will not allow any movement of the trailer not matter how bad the storm/winds. You can see these in between the tires in the pictures. They adjust with a rachet wrench which came with the braces. I have a lock for the front hitch so you can leave the trailer and not worry about someone backing up to it and hauling it off. The outside canopy was replaced 04/2025. The fresh water tank is 40 gal, the grey water tank is 40 gal and the black water tank is 60 gal. I also have a portable 40 gal grey/black water tank that just goes over the ball on your bumper and pulls to the dump station. This works great if you are at a sight and the do not have sewage hook ups. You just drain your grey and or black tank and take it to the dump station. There are 2x10 micron water filters attached to the back bumper to connect to the sites water source and then to the trailer, or you can buy in water line filters for your hose or you can use both if you choose. Rain Covers have been added to the two exhaust vents on the trailer, so the exhaust vents can be left open to help keep the trailer cool when you travel without rain coming in or having to open windows. The front of trailer contains 2x20 gal Propane Tanks with cover and 2x12 volt marine batteries with cases for both mounted to the front trailer frame. The are tow external speakers as part of the Jensen Sound System. The trailer also has an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and sink with hot and cold water. It also has cabinet space, a slide out cutting board and drawer and a extra fold out table. The bumper can carry a spare waste hose if desired, a cap just pops off the end of the bumper.
Inside: All new blinds on windows, all new covers on dining room cushions, new queen Sealy Mattress on bed. Large storage area under bed. Bedroom closes off from the rest of the trailer with sliding doors and has it's own LCD TV. Bedroom has hanging storage on both sides of the bed and overhead storage above the bed. Bed complete with sheets, blanket bed spread and pillows. Entertainment center has its own LCD TV and Jensen Stereo System with plenty of storage space above and below. The dinette has a custom made table top, as well as the kitchen stove and sink. When pole is removed from the table top the table top completes the second bed and the cushions fit to make the sleeping cushions. We acquired a down mattress that fits the space perfectly to ensure better comfort for our guests and it works great! The kitchen is completely stocked with microwavable plates and bowels, pots, pans, cups, flatware, knives, can opener, sharpening stone, etc.. Kitchen has both under and overhead cabinets. Lower cabinet has slide out drawers. I've installed a 5 outlet AC Strip for additional plugs as needed on the outside of the kitchen counter. The stove is a 4 burner propane stove with oven and cookie sheet. Large refrigerator freezer and large 3 shelf pantry directly across from fridge. Bathroom has full stand up shower, sink, vanity with mirror and medicine cabinet, toilet that uses foot pedal flush and a large cabinet above the toilet to which I've added cubby holes for towels, sheets, cleaning supplies, etc... Trailer also includes a portable vacuum for inside cleaning, broom and dust pan.
Our idea in selling the trailer was to ensure that whoever purchases it can immediately take it on the road and require nothing but food. All inside and outside lights, including towing lights work on the trailer. The electrical hook up cord is a round 7 pin. I almost forgot, if you like to fish I have installed in the front storage top 5 rod holders to keep rods up and out of the way. There are also 2 sets of keys for the trailer door and the storage areas.
If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
Kind Regards,
Jack
