It needs some straps sewn back on and reinforced. We put a new awning on the camper about one year ago, it also has new LED string lights underneath the awning. There is a cargo rack attached to the rear frame of the camper. The cargo rack measures approximately 68" long by 20" wide. It works great for a generator and it folds up when not in use. It has 2 levels attached to the camper. One on the side and one on the back. A few extras included are lights under the kitchen counter, 2 shoe racks, 2 TVS, a pantry, electric tongue Jack, outdoor shower.fold down couch for company to sleep on and solar ready plug.
