2013 was the last year for the 10-2000 series due to the factory fire that destroyed the fiberglass molds. It has the handy little bathtub with a curtain (so a dry bath). The factory solar charging system works great and the battery is new. The refrigerator control board has been replaced, and it just sips propane. Two propane tanks are included. No microwave or generator is installed but the factory wiring and breakers are in place. This unit also has awning style acrylic windows with integrated shades and screens. The bathroom vent and fan were just replaced, along with the entrance stair grab handle, the smoke detector, and the propane detector. So, the camper has been enjoyed for years, and it has been well maintained. Unfortunately, the original kitchen window blew off during a trip, and it has been replaced with a fixed sheet of Plexiglas. All the camper and appliance manuals are included. I also had some custom slide out trays made to make storage under the floor easy to get to. A camper cover and the factory carpet set are also included.
