Absolutely stunning Class A motorcoach in amazing condition. Every year when we take it in for the annual safety inspection, the service workers always ask, "Did you just buy this from us?" This unit remains parked on our private shaded concrete slip every summer and stays plugged in for climate control. Every off-season period we have maintained it in an underground storage facility. It has never seen road snow, or salt.
This is a Ford V8 gasoline operated vehicle with an exceptional gearbox for torque when needed. The underside as well as the engine compartment appear as if they are fresh off of the assembly line. Most recent safety PA inspection certificate expires 8/26. The drivers side tip out is electronically controlled & extends the dining, kitchen, bunkroom, & master suite areas. We are the second owners. First owner purchased it brand new in Miami Fl, used it for one or two trips, and decided he wanted a fifth wheel. We have comfortably traveled with as many as 8 adults and 3 grandchildren without feeling cramped. The couch and dining table convert to sleepers. There is a motorized drop-down queen-sized bed above the driver's area. The bunk cabin can be set up for upper & lower bunks, one lower bunk, or converted into a closet. The king bed can be lifted to access storage beneath.
There is a small table that can be secured between the front captain's chairs if desired. We custom crafted a walk on stairwell cover for use while moving to protect anybody from falling in there while mobile. The unit features a computerized 'Precision-Plex' touch screen control panel in the hallway which monitors and/or controls many of the features. This system is also able to be paired with your smart phone for remote control of lighting, temperature, awning, etc. The unit is satellite ready & features a 'Wi-Fi Ranger' system capable of extending your private network up to a mile as well (according to its paperwork). 1 TV in master suite, 1 in hallway opposite of bunks, 1 in living area, & 1 in outside compartment for camping entertainment. Inside kitchen has double bowl stainless sink w/covers, 4 burner stovetop w/oven. & full-sized microwave. Outside kitchen w/microwave, mini fridge, sink, & gas hookups along camp-side rear. Separate stereo system for house & camp side exterior. Plenty of storage inside & out.
The unit is equipped with a computer monitored hydraulic self-leveling system as well as 2 packs of optional block pads. A sunscreen shade system is included for attachment to the awning when camping. The generator had a tune-up and oil change last season just to keep it nice. The dual rooftop AC units will keep you cool all day and night. This unit also provides USB ports throughout for devices of all kinds. New water filtration cartridge just installed.

We have visited a handful of RV shows as well as dealerships over the past couple of years, and quite frankly, have found nothing as nice as what we already have in this unit (especially considering what some dealerships were asking for obviously used units). Feel free to compare as well. We have maintained this unit in near showroom condition since we bought it in '22. This is a must see for serious buyers and is completely ready for the season.
