Damage: our truck tail gate came down while hooking up, this damaged the front bay door. It does not go through the door but is cracked in the front. lippert touch screen in the pass-through has never worked. I just use the Bluetooth app from my phone and havent had issue. scuffs from normal wear and tear.

Repair: new microwave. This just died randomly. Replaced with the upgraded exact model. BH slide rail repaired professionally (recalled on year before and after ours).
