Excellent condition, very lightly used (about 12 trips total) and stored indoors every winter.

One of the reasons we chose this trailer is the size it falls into the ~22 ft class, which makes it much easier to reserve campsites in Minnesota State Parks and many National Parks, where larger rigs often struggle to find spots.
