It's a 2020 Platinum. It's been camped in 3 times. Here's the straight read:

EXTERIOR Clean, no major dings or panel damage. Custom graphics refresh looks sharper than the factory loud-pattern original. Normal road and trail wear consistent with a 5-year-old trailer. Power awning works smoothly. Slide operates correctly. Tires have good remaining tread.

INTERIOR Cabinets, walls, and fixtures all in good shape. Vinyl floors clean. Upholstery shows light use wear, no tears or stains worth calling out. No water damage, no soft spots, no smoke or pet odors.

SYSTEMS AC, furnace, water heater, fridge, stove, microwave, and fireplace all operate as designed. Tanks have been dumped and flushed regularly no odor issues.

NOT INCLUDED Propane tanks are not included with the sale. Buyer will need two standard 20 lb LP tanks (about $60-80 each at any hardware store). Everything else (regulator, lines, mount) is ready to go.
