We have loved this trailer for the last four years but need to make some changes so we will part with it. We have had this trailer stored inside during our ownership and have had not problems with it. It is super easy to winterize and easy to pull. The dry weight is 4,720; GVWR 6,700 so it is lightweight for its size. This floor plan is spacious with a generous front kitchen, U-shaped dinette, and rear bedroom with optional new memory foam mattress on a queen walk around bed. In addition to the standard features that Lance offers, this unit has the 4 Seasons package with heated, enclosed holding tanks and dual pane windows. It has a 160 watt solar panel, 45 gallon freshwater tank, 2-45 gallon grey water tanks, and a 45 gallon black tank. The dual fuel water heater and refrigerator are handy for boondocking or for camping with hookups. Coleman 13.5 Low profile A/C with wall control, Fantastic Roof Vent, microwave, 3 burner high output range with oven and cover, day/night shades, walk-on roof with ladder, 18' power awning. We have put two batteries on it. The large front pass through storage is nice for stowing fishing poles, camp chairs, and camp essentials. It comes with an off-season cover and an Anderson hitch.
