All residential systems are in excellent working order: plumbing, water pump, A/C, furnace, stove, microwave, toilet, shower, laundry, lighting, and generator all function as they should. Move-in ready as a stationary home.

Two issues to be aware of:

Engine (travel-limiting): One cylinder isn't holding compression likely worn piston rings. The RV still runs and can be driven short distances, but power is reduced and idle is rough. Realistic driving speed is 2030 mph, so this is best suited for a short relocation drive or stationary use rather than long-distance travel.

Front slide-out: The hydraulic piston leaks when the slide is being extended or retracted. No leaking when the slide is stationary (in or out) only during operation.
