454 Chevy engine

Has old dry rot in front - has been parked under cover and no leaks since weve owned it. Weve had it serviced every fall and spring at Clackamas RV which includes inspection and full roof and seals across the unit. Has some normal clear coat peeling. Have upgraded so the inverter powers the entire unit, not just half. The original Safari awning is still on it. Its getting a little thin, but it needs the awning mechanism repaired. You can get it out but it isnt easy. Tons of storage. Working TV and DVD player.
