I am a commercial roofing contractor so I just installed a top line PVC roof to it (that is one of the longest lasting flat roof materials available and will outlast the other roofing systems. Typical lifespan of TPO is 15-18 years, a PVC roof, maintained correctly, can comfortably push 25-30+ years - this will serve you well). I also just installed a Kingman satellite dish (roof mounted). I just had the 3 Ac units recently serviced and was told they were in great shape. I put in a Truma tankless water heater (that was one of my favorite additions). Reverse osmosis water filtration system for clean water. Stainless steel appliances. Kitchen island, washer and dryer (stackable - another of my favorite things). The interior is in great shape - hardwood cabinetry, high-end finishes, two loveseat size couches that fold out for sleeping and 2 recliners, electric fireplace, two TVs - 1 in the master and 1 in the living room. Large awning over front door. Solar to charge batteries. Everything has been maintained. No leaks, no issues, and no deferred maintenance. Just had it detailed with Poly Glow so the exterior shines.
