The Spirit Deluxe is a great size for a couple to spend months at a time traveling across the country or weekend trips to the forest. It has a propane furnace for those chilly mountain mornings and an electric roof AC and awning for muggy Gulf vacations. Its small enough to fit just about anywhere making it easy to pull off the road for a surprise roadside attraction or spending the night on a spur road in the forest. With bathroom, shower, dual propane tanks, good sized refrigerator, you can camp off grid in comfort. Kept the back bench cushions in storage and used a foam full-sized mattress for our bed, mattress is included. The GVWR is 3750 lbs and has been easy to tow with our Honda Pilot. The trailer comes with the factory added friction anti-sway control and high lift suspension package. Covered in winter and marine waxed as recommended, no smokers in the trailer. Tires are a couple of years old, water heater components replaced just a month ago. Battery replaced last year.
