As you can tell from above information my camper is 16 years old. I have owned this unit since 03-17. It has served me well as a place to live as I worked for a construction company that had me in various places for periods of 4 months up to 13 months in a single location.

It has a new AC Unit installed in June of 2025, it has a 15 roll out canopy installed in May of 2022, it has a new electric hitch jack installed in April-May of 2024 and has four new tires installed in February of 2024.

It has one slide out where the kitchen is located. It has a pull out propane cooking surface. It has a private bedroom for two, a full bathroom, a pull out built in sofa to sleep for, maybe two. It has lots of cabinets (upper and lower) for storage.

On the down side the decals on the outer surface have deteriorated and are no longer attractive. Lastly the slide out has a leak that I have not been able to identify or repair. Weird as it may seem it will leak when it rains this time but does not leak the next time.
