My wife and I lived in it full-time for 3 years while building our house, then parked it under a covered porch ever since. Its been towed only short distances (just 3 trips in the last 4 years, straight from dealer to our property initially), so overall mileage/use is very low.

This one has the cold weather insulation and propane heat. Great for northern areas.

I am the second owner. First owner bought it from the dealer during covid in 2020, then sold it back to the same dealer 9 months later. Not sure how much they towed but they were local and tires were barely used.
