Been an amazing place to stay on the weekends. No longer need it as construction on my lot progresses. I've never had it on the road except to be delivered to the spot it's in. Tires were new when I bought it in 2022. You can use it to put in your yard for the kids or guests to stay, use it like I did as a temporary place during construction, or take it on the road. It has blackout shades on all windows except for window next to stove. New HVAC in living area installed about a year ago. New dual fuel water heater installed last year and I've not used it since. 3 slides. 2 awnings in front. Tons of storage. In my opinion it's one of the best layouts that Grand Design created. Huge shower with skylight. Enormous bedroom closet with washer/dryer hookups. Auto leveling and lots of other features. Very well built. Located in Keg Creek Clarks Hill.
