This trailer is in good shape. We kept up with repairs and regular maintenance. Improvements since 2024: New Awning with strip lighting; replaced the thermostat, CO2 sensor; new stabilizer jacks and spare tire holder; 4 new Heartland Radial tires. It pulls really nicely. We loved this trailer but we need a slightly different floor plan now.
