We bought this motorhome in 2023, with the intention of living in it with our 4 kids while we built a house. We renovated the interior and moved into it, but our plans changed when we found a house to fix up instead of building one from scratch. So we only ended up living in it for about 7 months, and after that, it was mostly used for camping trips and for out of town guests to stay in when they came to visit.

Some of the wonderful features of this motorhome include a spacious residential fridge/freezer (new as of 2023), a gas stove/oven (new as of 2023), a washer and dryer located in the back bedroom, and a shower that even has a tub, which came in handy for our toddler to take baths when we lived in it!

It also has 2 AC units- one for central air and another one on the ceiling for extra hot days. The heat also does a very good job of keeping the motorhome warm- we even stayed in it in 20 degree weather and the motorhome stayed a warm and toasty 70 degrees all night!

In the front of the motorhome, there is a pullout couch that can sleep 2 or 3 kids, depending on their size. 3 of our kids (ages 10, 9, and 3 at the time) often slept on it together comfortably. The back room has a platform that can fit a king size mattress (currently there is a queen size mattress there). There is also a room between the front and back of the motorhome that we had planned to build bunk beds in but never got around to it, so our kids would often sleep on camp mattresses or a queen size blow up mattress in that room. It’s also a really good space to put a pack & play!

It is such a delightfully spacious motorhome- people often exclaim at how big it feels when they walk in and the slide outs are out! It feels like a house on wheels. The 7.5 ft ceilings are another added bonus and really add to the feeling of spaciousness!

The amount of storage in this motorhome is unreal. We fit everything we needed to live in it, including lots of games and toys for the kids, and never felt cramped or cluttered! There are tons of cabinets and drawers on the inside, and many spacious compartments on the outside to store canopies, tents, yard games, chairs, beach gear, folding tables, etc.!

It is equipped with a 330 HP Mercedes-Benz diesel engine, Allison 6 speed automatic transmission, and a freightliner XC chassis, as well as an onboard diesel generator.

This is a super solid motorhome- the main reason for the low price is that we do realize that the outside of it could use some TLC. We had planned to vinyl wrap it but never got around to it, but that’s something you could DIY or have done by a shop that would greatly approve the outside appearance, so it would then be beautiful both inside and out!
