The 2007 ALFA SEE YA 40 FD is a Class A motorhome known for its quality construction and spacious interior design. With only 62,000 miles on the odometer, this motorhome has plenty of adventures left to offer its next owner. The interior has been renovated with beautiful modern design, and offers plenty of storage inside and out for anything youd need to bring camping!

We bought this motorhome in 2023, with the intention of living in it with our 4 kids while we built a house. We renovated the interior and moved into it, but our plans changed when we found a house to fix up instead of building one from scratch. So we only ended up living in it for about 7 months, and after that, it was mostly used for camping trips and for out of town guests to stay in when they came to visit.

This motorhome has all the amenities you need for camping or even for living in it, including a spacious residential fridge/freezer (new as of 2023), a gas stove/oven (new as of 2023), a washer and dryer located in the back bedroom, and a shower that even has a tub, which came in handy for our toddler to take baths when we lived in it!

It also has 2 AC units- one for central air and another one on the ceiling for extra hot days. The heat also does a very good job of keeping the motorhome warm- we even stayed in it in 20 degree weather and the motorhome stayed a warm and toasty 70 degrees all night!

In the front of the motorhome, there is a pullout couch that can sleep 2 or 3 kids, depending on their size. 3 of our kids (ages 10, 9, and 3 at the time) often slept on it together comfortably. The back room has a platform that can fit a king size mattress (currently there is a queen size mattress there). There is also a room between the front and back of the motorhome that we had planned to build bunk beds in but never got around to it, so our kids would often sleep on camp mattresses or a queen size blow up mattress in that room.

It is such a delightfully spacious motorhome- people often exclaim at how big it feels when they walk in and the slide outs are out! It feels like a house on wheels. The 76 ceilings are another added bonus and really add to the feeling of spaciousness!

The amount of storage in this motorhome is unreal. We fit everything we needed to live in it, including lots of games and toys for the kids, and never felt cramped or cluttered! There are tons of cabinets and drawers on the inside, and many spacious compartments on the outside to store camping gear like canopies, tents, yard games, chairs, beach gear, folding tables, etc.!

It is equipped with a 330 HP Mercedes-Benz diesel engine, Allison 6 speed automatic transmission, and a freightliner XC chassis, as well as an onboard diesel generator.
