2002 36 Damon on a freight liner chassis no leaks. Has a Cat C7 diesel with Allison transmission with 39,xxx miles, tires only have around 600 miles on them. The hot water heater, microwave and awning was replaced a couple years ago. It has 2 slide outs, washer/dryer hookup, 6 gal hot water heater, full size neo-angle shower, regular size toilet and central HVAC throughout rv. Lots of extras, so many options and things that I never even figured everything out yet. I lived in it for 2 years and we downsized so dont really use it. We down sized to a truck bed camper. It has plenty of power for towing a trailer and it got 11/12 mpg just driving the motorhome. It no longer has the generator on it but one could easily be put back on and hooked up or you can stick one in one of the compartments and just plug into it while you drive. The clear coat is peeling on the paint but other than that its in great shape with me furniture in it. Perfect for weekend stuff at the track.$18,000 OBO
