Our Dutchmen Coleman Light 2625RB only has 50 miles of use. Purchased in 2025 in Katy we parked it at a RV Resort in Waller, approximately 30 miles away and lived in it for 6 months while we built a house. Parked on concrete and under a cover. Utilized onsite water and sewer while living in it. The holding tanks have barely been used.

The dual sinks with a walk in shower make it very roomy for 2 people living in it full time. Lots of storage and a tankless water heater gives you instant hot water that never runs out. Full Queen size mattress with memory foam topper. The master has a door for privacy and its on entry doors from outside. Awning has lights and covers almost the entire side.

Dual plush recliners with cup holders, a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, and a cozy sleeping area with a queen-sized bed. Has an outdoor refrigerator and the oven and stove have never been used, we did all cooking outside. 2 smart TV's inside, a full size pantry with a pull out wall. Electric fire place gives off great heat and looks awesome. Has a large refrigerator. Stainless steel sink on an island where a couple stools can be used. Lots of cabinets, storage inside and out.

Has a sleek and aerodynamic design, along with a power awning for outdoor relaxation. The trailer is equipped with all the necessary hookups for water, electricity, and sewage, making it easy to set up at any campsite. I pull it with my 2012 F 150 with no issues. I have a leveling hitch if needed or interested I will include in the sale.

It is well insulated and the AC has central ducts throughout so it stalls cold even on the hottest days. Solid underside is covered. Electric jack, stabilizers make setup really easy.
