Kept in covered storage for 3 years. Now resides at Thousand Trails. Recreational use only. Brand new front - 8 mo old /back 2 mo old AC Unit. Very little usage wear. Has a middle bunk house with 1/2 bath and TV with full sized loft on top. Queen bed in the back with lots of storage. Washer/Dryer connections. Can sleep 9 on just beds / pull-out. 3 slides. Fireplace. Full-sized fridge and freezer. Outside fridge, sink, and stove top. It's a perfect RV for a family. Our kiddos grew up so we don't use it hardly at all. Replaced tires 2 years ago. It's a great RV
